We may share Personal Information as follows: with service suppliers or providers who are working with us in connection with the operation of the website; when you give us consent to do so; when we believe in good faith that we are legally authorised or required to do so, and that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with the law, including responding to lawful subpoenas, warrants, or court orders; and to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, Varlah’s Terms and Conditions or our other policies or agreements.
We may also use Personal Information to allow us to deliver information you request, to allow delivery of a product you order, to provide customer service by responding to your emails, submissions, questions, comments, requests, and complaints, and to send you confirmations, updates, security alerts, support, and administrative messages. As part of your use of the Websites, we may need to contact you with materials such as service announcements, administrative messages, newsletters, promotional and advertising materials and other such communications from Varlah and its partner organisations.
